Ingredients:
- 2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- One bottle of BBQ sauce-I used honey flavored
- One can of crushed pineapple
- Soy sauce
- Spray the Crock Pot with nonstick spray and place the desired amount of frozen chicken inside.
- In a bowl mix the entire bottle of BBQ sauce, crushed pineapple, and a dash of soy sauce
- Pour over chicken
- Cook on LOW for 6 1/2 hours and enjoy!
